That's a great idea! I'm planning on doing an addition to my detached garage so I can have a little more room on the workshop side. Maybe I'll do a quick walkthrough before the addition and then a tour after the addition, once everything is in its place. I could put 'em together on one video. Thanks for the suggestion!

That is interesting. I have not used my impact wrench for quite some time now and I have never had this happen. But should it happen to me in the future, I will try to remember your method of getting the socket off.

Yeah, it doesn't usually happen if you always use impact sockets but even that stubby one in the video still got stuck.

@@Mikeattempts When using that particular socket, you could put a washer on the impact wrench before putting the socket on. That way, the clip would not go past the end of the socket like you showed.
