just bought a 22 transit custom crew cab and having the same issues and dilemmas you are having, im not turning mine into a sleeper but still want to line the back and maybe replace headliner with halo roof. struggling to get parts are any information on how to remove anything. this is a great help , took slide door trim off tonight to replace damaged are rest and it turns out you cant , gutted but still going to do it right or wrong. cheers bud

@AXISUK yeah just figured that out last night , I've drilled it off and will find a way of securing it back in place. I couldn't of ignored the damage if I done the rest of the van up. Ill send a pic of what I've done

Great series. Just wondering are you planning to fit blinds to the side windows? I also have the crew cab and haven't found any for the sliding doors with trim.

Thanks 😊 I was going to fit blinds but didn’t want to damage the original Ford door cards. Hi, what is like after you done the job? Did you change the speakers in front door as well? In my Van exacly the same Driver side slide door is somthink creaks like metal on glass, it drives me frustrated, any idea? You dowing very good job to show what is like well done!!!👍🏻😀

Hi Bogdan, yeah turned out nice in the end. Try adjusting the little black bumpers around the door. Mine ended up being the top corner that needed a turn out.

@@AXISUK Thank you, don’t know witch one you mean.? That stuff you been used for soundproof is good mean dose the job? Been looking in the website and is only 6mm any other is out of stock. I need to make sound proof down. What is your opinion. Thank you👍🏻😀

@@bogdanben5343 I was on about my sliding door making a rattle noise 🤣 Think the sound deaden is only one size in thickness. The thermal liner is the one in different depths. Don’t think it would matter too much a few mil less or more if your putting insulation over the top.
