great idea with the jumpee cord! I always struggled to keep it hung with cables. But how did you manage to push back the assembly piston? Thats what takes me a lot of time as usually it is stuck. I try to use g-clamps to force it backwards.

Slacken off the bleed nipple and push the piston back with a g clamp or caliper wind-back tool.

Thank you, it was really helpful - job finished😊 although taking the pads out and putting them in required another tool not mentioned.

what size bolts were holding the caliper carrier pal?

7mm Allen for the caliper and 18mm for carrier
