Renault Wind Review - Auto Express

Where i live, you don't see this car, dispite i live in belgium and renault is a french brand, this renault wind is something you don't see here, i did knew about this car, but never paid to much attention to it, but then, i saw it parked somewhere, it immediately captured my attention, its something special, and yet, its just a renault, i fell in love with this car, i have a car right now, and dispite i am off the "if its not broken, don't replace it" kind of people, but i am thinking of buying this car, because i really love it!

chip mangement on the 1.2 turbo gives you almost as much hp as the 1.6 and gives you an entirely different car. not the mention the nice increase of torque that under normal driving circumstances, gives you better fuel economy. I did it to mine. It's amazing in the turns and the seats give you a nice feel of the car & when you turn of Traction control off manually you can easily make it go spinning. The looks of the cars are to each its own, you hate it or love it.

@qiranwang It's Renault the French haven't sold cars in the States for years that's why and why would they? A lot of Renault's technology is applied in US-Spec Nissan in fact the Nissan Versa is almot just a rebadged Renault Clio.

I like the car very much but here's a checklist of what you must change on it: - A lower suspension kit - Wider wheel arches - Some nicer, bigger 19" wheels - A supercharger kit for some extra grunt + a 4WD system to stop the front wheels from coming off. - For the love of god, upgrade the interior, leather where there is now hard plastic and give it some more gismo's, because right now it's awfully boring!
