If I remember the match correctly, Randy was dazed due to a leaping neckbreaker that Hurricane gave him. Randy's head hit the mat pretty hard and it looked like he sustained a concussion. From that point on, the match dissolved into a clusterfuck, as Flair had to take over while Randy recovered, and Hurricane looked completely lost. Either Shawn was yelling at Hurricane over the match getting out of control or because of Randy's concussion, or both.

Shawn was pissed that Hurricane was using Kane's chokeslam and he never intended to go all the way with it. it was for comedy but Word came from Vince that he had to nail the chokeslam so he went to Kane and Undertaker and asked if it was okay and they said yes cause Vince was the boss. I despise Hurricane because he got Buff Bagwell fired when he busted his head open with a frozen water bottle.

I loved HBK growing up. But I realized something. During the 2000s, HBK would beat just about everyone he went up against. Carlito, Shelton Benjamin, Rob Conway, Ric Flair, Triple H, and even (that one time) John Cena. It's as if he had his own little Reign of Terror within the midcard scene, while Batista and Cena were at the top.

Ehhh I don’t quite know about that. He did beat some of the rookies to keep his name up there. Didn’t wanna necessarily turn into a jobber but he put over young talent many of times. He even let Carlito and Masters eliminate him from the elimination chamber. He lost to many others in ways I don’t think he gets enough credit for

i feel like he went out of his way to try and bury chris masters and rob conway on purpose, just my theory. we know the chris masters toilet segment was hhh and hbk's idea based on Jr's podcast when Jr commented on it. The kane/hbk/conway segment i also feel was left up to hbk but no source to confirm. I think it's because they had hbk inspired gimmicks and played off their looks and for whatever reason he didn't like that

Masters looks back fondly of his time spent Vs Shawn at their Unforgiven 05 match. Shawn had Masters and Carlito eliminate him from the Chamber at NYR 06, I think the only run that was maybe controversial was DX 2006. They pretty much ran through everyone without being tag champs

Both Masters and Conway's favorite wrestler was Shawn Michaels so that's just wrong what you said because those guys and Shawn always got along great. Triple H on the other hand did bury them. Just because HBK and Triple H were best friends doesn't mean HBK should be lumped in there with Triple H for burying talent. HBK stuck up for CM Punk and Daniel Bryan as well and many others to Triple H.
