I had head hair transplantation surgery 4 weeks ago and wasn’t allowed to do any workouts, but I was anticipating this rebounder workout and finally did it again. Now I'm sweating 😅 Thank you very much once again

Recently heard of the benefits of rebounding so I hopped on the trend and got one! Love this workout. The first time I did it some moves I said “no way!” Haha Getting better each time. I also use it as a HIIT workout sometimes pausing for a minute in between each move. Definitely keeps my heart rate up! Thanks for sharing with the world! 😊

So excited to try your workout next, is it best to wear shoes or be barefoot, what are your thoughts?

I’m so happy to hear that. ❤️ I prefer barefoot because it helps to strength your feet and I feel I have more control, but if you have aches shoes are completely fine. Do what feels best for you. You will still get a great workout! 😊
