Nice work Renee. The obvious move would be go crazy with about six cloves of garlic, fresh parsley, so much butter and whole milk mozzarella for cheezy garlic bread twists. Personally, I think I would use your pesto recipe and instead of turkey add marinated sun-dried tomatoes and crumbled feta. Lots of feta! Cheers! -Scott
