Amazing Job. No HOA, no carpets. This huge amount of Outdoor Space. Love the dark Tiles. ❤

One thing I'll give you props on is using your mic correctly, as your voice can be heard clearly throughout the video. Too many doing home tour channels just don't seem to get that concept. As to the home, I liked the interior and it feels like, for the price, there is room in the budget for anyone that can afford it to do some improvements that would tailor it more to their personal style in the first year or two of ownership.

Mini splits a nice touch. Getting rid of those roof top units that were nothing more than noise generators every time they turned on. Like living in in Grand Central Station with the trains coming through. Not to mention the splits are far more energy efficient and allow zone control.

Beautiful remodel!! unfortunately like with most of the homes we're looking at, the problem is the kitchen layout. This one; as beautiful as it looks has one of the worst layouts out there. The "triangle" is just super inefficient in my book. I hope to see more stove tops on the center island with a small vegie prep sink, gone are the days where you stick the cooking unit in the corner wall somewhere, nowadays most homeowners who cooks and entertains wants to interact with there guests better while doing so. People spend so much money on remodels and builds yet neglect to pay much needed attention to what is essentially the "heart" of the home. Thank you for your awesome videos, this is helping us quite a bit.

All that land is an Oasis in Vegas now. Vegas born and past home buyer, those old powerlines got to go. Give me a ground power box. I bet thos custom home across the way will get ground power boxes. Overall the sheer size of this property is attractive. Thanks for the walkthrough. 👍🏾

What is the avg electric bill in the summer? The "Mini-Split" A/C units throughout rather than Central A/C is an interesting choice, with the hot summers in Vegas, I'm just curious as to why that choice?
@JBRE11 ай бұрын
I requested the summer power bills and will comment when/if we receive them. As to why mini splits Vs central air …I’d have to assume 😬 built in ‘63 it never has a/c possibly. Possibly an evaporative system but I see no evidence of one. The alternative to retrofitting the house for a/c would be the minis. I am awaiting a callback and will ask that question.

I enjoyed the Tour, I think it's Diamond in the re renovated rough I think it's missing a few things that make it stand out more but of course I will going keep those to myself. This my first visit and I DO NOT have any complaints in your presentation but I will give it another view when you are not "mentoring" to see you at your best. NOW for the POSER who wants you to be someone else Mr. Burkett has a unique skill set just like other real estate channels and each sets themselves apart by being themselves so if that offends you good you still watched the channel.

I actually think the renovations were pretty well incorporated into the original style of the home, my only issue would be the lack of landscaping… at bare minimum they should have graded the property and removed the over growth and weeds making it ready to go.
