You guys need to be hired by the RV Manufacturer for designing. Really. Only people who live full-time in an RV know what works and what doesn’t. Some interior designer, who doesn’t like the camping lifestyle, will never know what works. What were they thinking when they put the screws in the island in the kitchen? They weren’t thinking about the kitchen moving, on the road obviously! Love your desk area. Perfect. I too love puzzles. Now, you can be together and have puzzle night! How fun. Notice the re-design, making things fit, and liking to do puzzles, all fit together. Hey, Robin and Doug, how do you like the new bed? Is there anything you don’t like about the mattress? I know you didn’t like the previous one, but this one looked really good and kept expanding.....Any loves, or regrets? Great video as usual. Hugs.

Nice job ! RV manufacturers are still under the old idea that dark colors hide dirt. 😅 We renovated a vintage 1970 holiday rambler . When doing the inside I told my husband it had to be white because it makes it look bigger. But, not only that, if a spider or something gets in here I can see it. 😅 we are so happy that Doug finally is with you. Y’all stay safe and happy. Tell Wonderboom we said hello.

I looks amazing! I love the work space and the new cushion fabric! I wanted to paint all the light oak cabinets in my 2000 Bounder 36S Class A coach but it was too much for me at my age. Instead I removed all the window valances and side pieces, ordered new white wood blinds to replace the old brown blinds. Painted all the walls light gray in the living room/kitchen area. Painted the walls light aqua in the bedroom and bathroom. I used peal and stick in shades of turquoise mosaic tile for the backsplash in the bathroom and the kitchen. The one cabinet I did paint was the base and upper cabinet on the center wall. I painted it black and it looked like an accent furniture piece. Stunning! New faucets, new vinyl flooring and a few other changes gave the whole coach a new look.

Hey Girl - Love the lighter and brighter paint you have done. When I was looking for a replacement for our hybrid trailer, having white cabinets was at the top of my list. I REALLY wanted a light and bright trailer and not the dark and depressing type that we had walked over and over again at the new RV lots. I truly despise all the brown. It almost created a marriage Armageddon..., so, yes, LOVE the lighter and brighter look you have made your own. It is such a happier place to be. 😊

I like your dry erase method and also your US map on the wall. I remember back in the '70s that some RVs came with the map installed on the dinette table, of course it was covered with a clear coat so you could plan out your trips without messing up the map from spillage. I would like to do this with my next RV. It's criminal that even the more expensive RVs are not built any better than the cheap ones. They just look nicer but fall apart just as quickly.

Great Job Robin (and Doug)! I am mostly concerned about the added weight to the slides. Most people dont think about it. But all those larger, seemingly unusable spaces are designed for pillows and bed coverings for the sofa sleeper. and the table and chairs were really light compared to a heavy desk -papers and books. Its is awesome, but I do encourage you and anyone thinking about doing any RENO, to get weighed at truck stop to make sure you are not overweight or heaven forbid back heavy. At slower speeds it might not be noticable. It will however be very dangerous downhill or if it should get windy and start a fishtale. I have been following others who got a toy hauler to fill up with stuff, they were 400lbs overweight. The manufacturers will tell you that you CAN NOT fill up all the space just because its there. These are designed for travel, not living in. They work great for full time, but be careful about actually filling. (also when weighing, have fresh water full- as it weighs 8lbs per gallon. same with fuel if it has a tank that you use, fuel (gas) weighs about 7lbs/gallon and of course propane.) Best of luck to you both and big boy. Looks great, comfy, cozy and user friendly.

NEVER buy a "new" RV. Get one that's a couple years old and have had all the problems addressed. Everyone that I've know that has bought a new RV as had problems. One guy heard water from behind the shower when he tried to use it. It turns out that the shower pipe wasn't even hooked up to the valve. Months later he got his RV back and was able to use it once that year.
