Is lead present in trace amounts even in "lead free" paint? I tested my apartment, which is in an old building, but all the walls in my unit were erected and painted in the 90s. The levels in my apartment were around 0.1 - 0.4

Wet sanding is not an approved method. Need to keep dust low as possible and use a HEPA filtering system.
