@kitty whiskers An understandable assumption, but this interpretation can easily be altered to be in favor of JD. For example, maybe JD shows no remorse simply because he has nothing to be remorseful about. This is assuming the jury sees JD as the victim; and the current evidence points towards this because after all why would a victim be remorseful? Unless said victim hurt their abuser as well? Not to mention there is little if any evidence of JD being at least physically abusive.

You can't marry a twenty years younger self-centered and obnoxious woman and think she is marring you for your personality. Old men like to do that thinking their difficult character adds "spice" and because it makes them feel young again. It does, I suppose, for a while. Until they make you feel old. Very old. No one deserves what she did tho. She is a sociopath. Don't get what men see in her but a pretty face. All this makes think that she has a very difficult and tiresome personality.

If I had to face her in court and listen to her spew more lies about me I'd probably break down crying in all honesty. I cannot imagine how hard this has all been for Johnny. He puts on a brave face because he has to and disguises his pain with humor but he can't even say her name or look at her. “Lazily written” is an understatement. They made Jack into a complete idiot when the best part of the other movies was wondering if he was a genius or just a very lucky idiot. i deeply enjoyed the last movie personally, and i thought it was precisely because it brought back that question but flipped on its head: is he an idiot or just incredibly unlucky? it really solidified that Jack hit rock bottom, and that he's got nothing left because everything he tries goes to crap. It certainly wasn't as good as the first three, but to me it brought back the spirit, with jack trying to be selfish but being unable to help being selfless
@bastienmayor69322 жыл бұрын
@@hashtagrex I personally enjoyed the last movie, but it also presented so many gaps that I kinda love-hate it at this point. Just off the top of my head is the Compass, which in the 2nd movie is addressed as Tia Dalma selling it to Jack as oppossed to Jack getting it from his previous captain. Secondly is in the post credits we see Davy Jones reapear. We could argue that since Calypso is now released back into her godly form, she used her divinity to bring him back. Fair enough. Why then was he still a octopus man? All curses are supposedly lifted so he should no longer be a sea creature unless that were to be a trade off for being brought back by Colypso. Something that can't really be addressed unless the next movie shines a light on it.

Johnny Depp deserves an Oscar for the way he handled the whole court hearing. It was hilarious in some parts and I bet you those people partaking in the court room have never and shall never have a court hearing as interesting as the Depp v Heards.

To think people doubted the innocence of the comedic national treasure that is Johnny Depp. I'm sure glad I didn't. He's always known to be so pleasant in person, there's no way he could've been a physically abusive man even to Amber Turd. We love you, Johnny Depp 😂👍❤

@andrewleah19832 жыл бұрын
Yes or no never leaves room for explanation or the chance for extra information and is a very basic tactic of defensive lawyers to limit the answers down their desired path.

@@Breexthebrat don't forget the muffins on the second cross examination of Dr Curry. That was an absolute waste of time for everyone. Would he be that smart, he wouldn't have fallen for an obvious rat like her. Allegedly even cheated with her on his previous wife. So on that end, I have little compassion. You can't marry a twenty years younger self-centered and obnoxious woman and think she is marring you for your personality. Old men like to do that thinking their difficult character adds "pice" and because it makes them feel young again. It does, I suppose, for a while. Until they make you feel old. Very old. No one deserves what she did tho. She is a sociopath. Don't get what men see in her but a pretty face. All this makes think that she has a very difficult and tiresome personality.

Yes, his main motivation is to restore his good name so his children aren’t saddled with being labeled “the children of a wife beater.” And to stop being blacklisted on movie roles.

He has no redeeming values. Are you watching the same man? He drugged an unknowing colleague to shut him up, probably because Johnny wanted to ramble more. He constantly belittles everyone around him. His writers were terrible, only Johnny can save this movie. Apparently not. Every addict thinks he is so clever and some can be quite charming, until they don’t get their way. He is blitzed on the stand, slurring his words, can’t sit up.

Who would admit to that in a court? He's not daft and I'm pretty sure Manson took the xanax or whatever it was to calm him down. It was probably several xanax but JD played it down. That doesn't mean he's an abuser. He's not slurring his words, he can sit up perfectly fine. I don't think we are watching the same man tbh. I don't know who you're watching but it's not JD. Acknowledging the question and answering exactly the same way the attorney wants it answered has a different psychological effect. They both know this and are fighting over it. the thing is, no one from those who supports him ever said he's perfect or is a saint that can't do no wrong. no. we all acknowledge that he has his flaws, he made bad choices, and is far from being a saint. but what we do see too, is that he have (and always will) such a big heart, humble, ready to learn and redo things correctly whenever he can, and never will step on anybody to be selfish. it's not just his fans from his career who believes him, real victims of abuse see him for who he is and stand by him. you can't fake that.
