8-12 reps! Should be called the Jay Cutler special 😂. His rep range on bench press and incline has helped me out a lot. I’m 45 going on 46 this July. Gains don’t gain like they used to at this age. But changing my Rep range has helped increase more volume not size. Helps keep tension on the muscle and helps it stay fuller. Also helps my shoulders out tremendously! Appreciate you boss 🫡

Thanks for the content, Jay! Its very appreciated... I haven't worked out in about a year and decided to get back into it this past June. The only gym I have access to is a Planet Fitness and because of that, I decided to lean out as much as a natural 46 yr old can first. Now, im wanting to bulk up but I've maxed out the weights on all the machines for reps, and not really sure where to go from here or what to focus on.

I see many people I ever extending on many exercises. I’d like to tell them what’s up sometimes. Lol For me I adhere to your philosophy on all exercises. Curls and lay pulls sometimes stretch my rep out to an extended position however I like keep as much control as I can on those too for a full pump with proper weight. The other day I went so hard at Planet Fitness doing my back/bicep day that I became I’ll for a few days due to exhaustion. I’m acclamations back and using instinctual feel.👍🏼

Not really, Jay hasn't had a long enough break from eating and training for atrophy to happen. It takes 6 weeks of doing nothing before the excess muscle starts to drop off. If he did nothing for 6 months he'd end up looking just big but smooth.
