I quickly went from being a crew grunt to a crew lead, then became supervisor, now I run the department. I appreciate the help you gave me in that process. You're the man Kirk, love to ya brother 🙌🏻

I made such a huge mistake taking my chimney down and going with a high efficiency furnace My chimney was in bad shape both the brick and stucco was crumbling at the top I couldn’t find a good mason here but after watching a ton of these videos and doing other repairs to my home with the help of this channel I realize it was very reparable Anyway hopefully other see this channel before they make the same mistake

@@StuccoPlastering well I live in. A Smaller city and the quotes I was getting were insane, cheaper to take the chimney down and go high efficiency I guess I more meant I coulda easily fixed it myself with the help of this channel

Exactly, why pay to go to a gym, funny thing is most don’t understand what’s involved just by standing up all day and moving. I think being a waiter or waitress is the most difficult job there is. Give me construction any day.

Love it. A friend out east just shared your channel with me. Surprisingly your team services my area down in Hayward. I have some foundation and roof things to take care of first but will be reaching out to Stucco/Giordano Plastering to redo a wall that had two windows (very poorly) sealed up and the stucco overlay is crumbling and falling off!

Howdy Dan, I joined the union in 1984 after working for folks for a few years. Fortunately, I don't feel the extra weight, and the bigger trowel makes plastering so much easier. Cheers my fellow plasterer.

Easy, Rapid Set Stucco, from HD or Lowe’s sold in 10 or 25 pound boxes😉

I haven’t done one in about 40 years, fyi, it takes many finishers to trowel on the base as well as the finish. At least 5 to 8 men are necessary.

Lu like myself will never retire as we love the working atmosphere more than hanging out with friends, plus the work provides the needed oxygen for health which money can’t buy. My brother Luuus been working his ass off even though his foot was broken by a hit a run driver 3 years ago, it’s a struggle for him to walk but worse to sit around like a cripple.
