Repair KOMATSU Excavator Hydraulic Cylinder // KOMATSU Excavator Badly Damaged Restoration Project
Check and assess the condition of the excavator: Learn about the use history of the machine and inspect each component such as the engine, hydraulic system, electrical system, steering system and others.
Replace damaged parts: Once the damaged parts are identified, they need to be replaced to ensure that the machine works better. New parts can be used or replaced with well-tested, second-hand parts.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The Komatsu excavator needs regular cleaning and maintenance to keep it in good working order. Maintenance activities include oil changes, filter changes, inspection and modification of components such as steering systems, hydraulic systems, and testing of electronic components.
Repainting and Maintenance: Once the restoration work has been completed, the Komatsu excavator can be repainted to keep it looking new and beautiful. Also, care should be taken about storing the excavator after it has been restored to ensure that it is not damaged by the environment or storage conditions.

Wonderful! You can repair everything! Here in germany, most people would throw this machine away and buy a new one. Im am impressed how you know which parts belong to which position on the machine. I don't see any numbers or other marks on the parts, hoses, etc. and no plans. How you know how to reinstall all parts? I love videos where people wear masks or helmets while working on heavy parts - but wear open shoes ;) Two hints for you: The welds on the bucket are not good. Try to weld everything in a flat position and warm up the material before welding. Would be bad if the bucket breaks and somebody will be injured. Use a fast coupler for the grease gun, this saves a lot of grease and greasing is much faster.

We have a full range of spare parts available, your country is so developed, you probably don't need to replace parts but buy a new excavator.
