P1759 and P175d are the codes I have, took everything in the mechatronic apart and cleaned all the valves and reassembled the transmission. I still get the same Code. Do you have an idea what those codes indicate to be repaired?

Hi all, first of all, thank you vey much Dimitry for your video. This has helped so much! I have no good automatic gearbox specialist near me so are all afraid to touch this mechatronics unit, will only replace. I have the same gearbox on a Dodge Journey and am having similar problems. 1st and 2nd gear jerk when changing then eventually car would only engage 2nd gear and no others with fault code P1759 (Solenoid B fault on gearbox). I took apart the Mechatronics Unit as far as 4 minutes 45 seconds of this video but do not know what tools I need to remove the gasket and remove the 2nd layer of spools. Can anyone help? I found that the spool on A2 was stuck in, so sanded this down so it goes in and out without friction. Spool A1 was a bit sticky and had not sanded this one down as was not sure if and how much friction there was meant to be. Tested all solenoids and they all had 8 Ohms and were firing at 10VDC with no problem. Car will now move through all gears, but again gears 1 & 2 change with difficulty and now have new error code of P0777 (Transmission Pressure Control Solenoid B). I think that when there is a hydraulic issue i.e. not flowing through the spools correctly, the car kicks out random fault codes rather than specific because it can not identify which solenoid has a problem. I shall strip the car back down again and sand down Spool A1 and test again, but need to know how to get the bottom layer of spools out as Dimitry, you do not show in your video how to remove the spools.

Hi, do you know where is the white plastic came from? And what is the mileage the repaired car (km?) I got a Volvo V60, gearbox unit is 6DCT450, just wonder a same can happen to me. In my country the dual clutch Tx is seem to be a new technology, a service shop is not catch up it yet.

Hi , white plastic with a clutch . Clutch is destroyed and white plastic clogs gearbox . Mileage 80 000 km. You have a diesel engine ?

Hello Muhammad. No it is not possible. Why do you want to replace the gearbox?

+Dima Dima the 250 unit is noisy and gets overheated, tends to vibrate the car and rough transmission between first 2 gears, the 450 is in the volvos where i live with no problems
