i used gorilla fabric glue and a couple of bull dog chips.its fine now

Yep both repairs I've done (gluing the hem, and replacing elastics for the waterbags) are still working fine *touch wood*. Will be using the roof a lot more in the next few months as the weather hopefully warms up!
