Do you have to shut off the water line to the unit?

I did not shut off the water line and I didn't unplug the power cord from the wall

There is a tech sheet under the top right hinge cover. enter diagnostic mode by pressing ice/water + light at the same time for 3 seconds. Once in diagnostic mode you use the buttons under the arrows to go to mode 57 then press the temp button and is should run the harvester and dump the ice that is in the maker. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5u4nnR-oZerl80
