The two holes on the front of the drum are threaded. Use two metric bolts longer than the holes and EVENLY screw in. That will press the drum off without much effort. The bolts bottom out against the hub and push the drum off. That's what the holes are there for. My drums didn't' come loose with a couple hammer blows,so I used the threaded holes.Comes right apart .Thanks for posting the video

I love that Vice Grip insertion so the pad stays still for reattaching pad spring. This other KZbinr squeezes the springs and ties them under tension with ole school bread ties. Then cut them off after attachment.

The 93 version is almost identical outside the little spring in the ebrake cable. That part is different and the auto adjuster arm is a little different. There is also a second spring holding the top part of the shoes together. I didn't see you take that off but may have missed it.

I like to use the vice grips to get those rings off too but you should get a pair of those really thin nose by scripts I think they're the best you can reach in there a lot easier

Excuse me. You forgot put the pressure washer. Please see the video carefully. This washer is in your table. See when you put the old shoe on the table. One question, why the position of the adjuster is with the hole side up,

I just replaced my rear drum brakes on my Sentra. The parking brake had seized up on the one side. And, oddly enough, the side that seized up was missing the wave locking washer. I will say he made a simple mistake. Anyone watching the video should have noticed this, so they still could have learned from him. I give credit to anyone willing to film their projects and take the time to put them online for others.

Wouldn't really be cool if you could just clean that all off take that face. Or you could just spray it down if you were in the car wash I know it sounds like a lot of work but you go to the car washing jack up the rear end and take the tires off and the drums come off you know then you can just like wire brush it and clean it and be even even cooler if you could like sandblasting paint it it's a pretty quick process done it many times sure makes a job look good for some people will never look down there

the springs on my brake kit look the same but they are too tight to attach the shoes. any suggestions?
