replace sportsman 400 front propshaft driveshaft easy remove roll pin

I had play in the universal joints and yoke gear. Ordered the whole shaft assembly replace in less than an hour. Use a punch to tap the roll pin rollpin out and it slides off. Rear yoke does not have a retainer

Do you have to loosen the motor or front case to get it off?

You do not have to move the motor or front differential The prop will slide back enough once you remove the roll pin

Man I keep hammering that pin but still won't move any tips

sea foam deep creep spray overnight and keep hitting the center of the pin. Once it moved a little it was no problem but I think I did spray it several times through the day before I tapped it out
