Those inner structure panels were $150 why pay that when we got a good 50 year old door bottom. We appreciate the support very much!

We are thinking the frame extension is in order for the last model bed but we think it’s gonna be ok!

I think the new bed is from a 80-86 with older fenders. The top of the bedsides were still angled up to 79

POR15 for the frame. With a brush possibly after the cab is painted.

About to do this on my 1980 f150 i restored frame up. Never done body work but great on a welder. So you basically just get a good set of tacks and then grind to a finish and bondo to it last? Preference on bondo ? (Brand) awesome video!

Yes just got slow on the welds and move around as to not let it get hot and warp the sheet metal. Grind it down smooth. I used Upol body filler from oreillys. Some people say evercoat is the best body filler. You won’t need much for the cab corners so something easy to sand is good and either of those two sand easily. Thanks for watching !
