Ugh - on my body it has been a rough year - fell on ice in January, concussion, neck injury, shoulder injury, nerve damage, torn meniscus in my right knee.... 2024 has been a bit rough. Being over 40 now its amazing how slowly I "bounce back" after injury. Yesterday my recliner's left arm rest broke and my wife's car makes a really bad clunk noise now. Oh well. Once my knee and shoulder are fixed (sounds like I will have to just live with the neck and nerve issues ) I have a lot to fix. For now I am stuck at home waiting for doctors and insurance companies. Love your videos man! Thank you.

Hahaha. Replaced upstairs HVAC a few weeks ago, replaced thermostat in one vehicle that began running hot, resting shoulder following physical therapy, and trying not to aggravate old knee and back injury. So mostly working on tiny trucks with the kiddos and trying to keep up. 😂

I really haven't worn out any parts yet, but I do have to address the occasional leaky shock on my TRX4m and UTB18 (I do like to bash these rigs, however. Still running stock shocks on them). Oh, and I have abused and upgraded the servo on my SCX24, but those stock servos are disposable anyway!🤣

Lmao, I just sent all my kids off with my mom so I can crawl back in bed rite now as u said that. Lol motorcycle an BMX accidents have taken there toll on my body. Doctor's say I shouldn't be able to walk, but I proved them all wrong for the last 20+ year's since I'm last long stay at the hospital. Lol

I just made a video on my OFF market WPL portal axles that have a flaw in the housing. Figured people should know, Stupid Axles. The screw tip barely goes into hold it. FIXED it. I am 52, an don't talk about my body anymore. It all Hurts, Advil an move on. LOL

So I have an og 2017 trx4 and within the last 3 years iv hade to do a complete trany rebuild and replace both axles but I did put seriously probly about 1000 miles on it if not more it's gotten around at one point of time I was averaging I'd say 6 to 9 miles a day I'm no longer that good some stuff happened in my life and now I have more trucks and maybe do have that

I take it more often for digestion than recovery purposes, and I'll say that creatine seemed to have more noticeable results in the realm of working out Your miles may vary

It's the lower back here...used to ride 100+miles a week on bikes then that turned to the same on peloton...25thousand miles later and 37yrs of age if I push more than 70 miles a week or max power too much low back goes out for a month... Ugh I'm disliking learning moderation with age.
