I have always remained wary of the multistorey flats, high-rises in Noida Noida extension, etc. Delhi is still a very safe place(in terms of holding of land property) even though you only have a GPA property (& not registered too) & have constructed a house on that.

Only safe option is to go for completed , ready possession flat. And now it is very important when flat price are 1 Cr or beyond. Be careful Flat Buyers.

Ready possession is costly. Suppose the flat is offered to u under 30lakhs then ?? Under construction and decent track record.

Hello Nice Video as always Maine abhi Mera 1st flat buy Kiya hai Jiska govt valuation 15 Lakh hai Aur humne 18.5 mai liya hai To builder muze bol raha hai use pura 18.5 lakh par 18% GST lagta hai Aur builder govt valuation ka dega but remaining matlab 3.5lakh ka 18% muzhe builder ko dena hoga Does anyone know about these taxes Konsa section hai ? Aur kitna paisa lagta hai?

Hello sir, I have booked flat in Feb 2020 just before COVID in thane in standalone complex of 2 wings(10floors)..builder promised me possession within a year(rera date was dec2023) but he is still giving excuses such as delay from government for approvals and lack of labour ...Can I lodge complaint in Rera? Pls advise.

Sir mai koper me rera approval project me flat ragister karake 9 month ho gaya. abhi o building ka 4 floor ban gaya tha lekin kuch din pahile municipal valo ne unligal bolke sab floor ka slab Tod diya to kya mai stamp duty ragistration ka paise refund ke liye kaha apply kar sakata hai

I just wasted 23 mins of my life. no information on how the builders can cheat us in spite of RERA and what all aspects we still need to verify before going for a RERA approved projects. All you say is that there are possibilities that I can be cheated even if a project is approved by RERA so it sounded like we should never go for any under construction property.
