My grandfather's Bronco was that year. It was that configuration. It was those colors. He was a Texas beef cattle rancher. I was in elementary school. I drove his Bronco on the ranch. That was the vehicle I learned to drive on.

Dennis and Richard use to gumball rally togeather, if I'm not mistaken Dennis and or his family owned a new car dealership in the Dallas area and he was the primary funder of their rally escapades?! Dennis seems to be a straight shooter in his dealings with people, if you notice he pretty much pays a no haggle (on camera) fair price for the vehicles he buys and is generally an over all good dude and a fair boss to work for albeit a stickler for detail. That said I enjoy his channel mainly because it's content is created around areas of Texas I've been familiar with all my life.

To me the best years of the Ford Broncos were 1966-74, tried to buy a few over the years but wasn't willing to drop 6k+ for something without a motor or in need of total restoration, ended up getting another favorite of mine a 79' K5 Blazer, would have like to have found a 71' or 72' as my first choice.
