You went from 3000 BC to 2018 AD in 30 minutes. Time travel is possible. The Apostle Paul would have covered much more territory if only there were Roman tour shuttle busses. Miraculous. :o)

Honestly I'm not even surprised. My family and I have been visiting Turkey for about 15 years and whenever something goes wrong, people are generally willing to help. My uncle went on a walk and got himself lost in the hills, managed to find a road and someone saw him and gave him a lift back to town (even though my uncle spoke no turkish and the guy spoke next to no english! they gestured and worked it out!)
@christinelamb11676 жыл бұрын
I've never actually visited Turkey yet, but I flew Turkish Airlines earlier this year en route to India and back, with a longish stopover in Istanbul. I can honestly say that Turkish Airlines was the best airlines I've ever flown with; all of the Turkish employees I came into contact with were so warm and hospitable. And the Turkish food at the airport was absolutely delicious! All in all, it made me really curious about visiting Turkey, and getting to know the culture and the people.

Digde Eski I will never understand how Turkish people can leave their amazing gorgeous country and live elsewhere
@zeyneticetin22755 жыл бұрын
@@anluxem7876 Mainly because in the 70's, Turkey didn't offer enough job opportunities or financial/social stability with all the coups that happened every 5 to 10 years. Also the infrastructure back then was poor and people from rural area went abroad to work, save money and go back to our homeland. It just happend that months in a foreign country became years, years became decades and now a lot of us have lived half a century far from our ancestral homes. I still hope one day I will retire in Turkey and if I can't I hope my children can one day.
