Brilliant. 😊 Thank you for sharing this. I came across this accidently and I am glad I clicked to play. Well presented and easy to follow. The presentation was entertaining. Your voice is definitely not boring and I was not dosing off (😅). You seemed to "light up" when you started talking about pragmatism 😆. Your enthusiasm has just help me decide that I should use pragmatism for my PhD. I have to do more research on this. I just laughed when you said "researcher who say they are doing deductive are probably 'fibbing' but are actually doing deductive on the sly" 🤣😂. I agree...🤭 I like your final advise "Develop your theory using induction and then test it to see if it can be generalised to the population." and will ponder over this when I write my proposal. Thank you again for sharing this 🙏. I will listen to your other two recordings too. My only wish is that you had shared more of your lectures. If have stashed in the archive, please do share when you get the time.
