[ENGLISH] Classic Lasagna Recipe (yield 10 servings) Lasagna Sheet ingredients: 450 g bread flour 3 pc egg 40 ml water 1 tsp salt Bechamel Sauce ingredients: 115 g unsalted butter 8 tbsp flour 1.5 liter milk ¼ tsp nutmeg 1.5 tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper Meat Sauce ingredients: 600 g ground beef 600 g ground chicken 6 pc tomato 85 g tomato paste 250 g ketchup 4 pc bay leaf 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 6 clove garlic 2 pc onion 2 pc carrot 2 pc celery, sliced 1 liter water 2 tsp chicken powder 2 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 4-5 tbsp oil, to stir-fry Others: 100 g cheddar cheese 250 g mozzarella Steps: 1. Lasagna sheets: Mix the eggs, water, and salt. Pour into a bowl of flour. Mix evenly with chopsticks. 2. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth. Fold and cover with plastic wrap. Rest for at least 2 hours. 3. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Dust them with a bit of flour so they’re not sticky, then roll the dough with a rolling pin. 4. Roll the dough with a pasta roller to a 1-1.5 mm thickness. Dust it with flour again, then fold and slice to the size of the pan used. 5. Meat sauce: Chop the onion, carrot, and garlic with a chopper. Sauté on high until wilted and fragrant. Set aside. 6. Blend the tomatoes with the chopper. Set aside. 7. Heat the pan again. Add the beef and chicken. Cook until browned, then add 2 tbsp of oil. Cook it again. 8. Add the sautéed veggies into the pan along with the blended tomatoes, bay leaves, oregano, tomato paste, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chicken powder, salt, pepper, water, and celery. Stir well and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. 9. Bechamel sauce: Heat the pan. Melt unsalted butter, then add flour. Mix with a balloon whisk and cook until fragrant. 10. Add nutmeg powder. Mix well, then pour milk in slowly while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Keep stirring and cook until the sauce is thickened. 11. Prepare a baking pan or a heat-proof pan. Pour the Bechamel sauce, then place the following layers: lasagna sheet - meat sauce - bechamel sauce - mozzarella and cheddar. Repeat until you get 4-5 layers. Lastly, sprinkle the top with mozzarella. 12. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180°C. For freestanding stoves, set the top burner to high and the bottom burner to medium. 13. Classic Lasagna is ready to serve.

alhmdulillah aq juga jualan stek pinggir jalan dg resep" chef devina. yg awlnya cm 10-20kg ayam prhri, skr sdh 30kgan klo sbtu minggu mlh aq sdia 45kg,klo dging sapi hny 3kg sja,cumi n udang pling byk cm laku 1kg. jualan dr pagi jam 9pagi smpai hbis.kdg jm 3 4 sore juga uda da drmh.
