Yeah, the only "scary" part of RE5 in my opinion is the very first time you fight a Reaper. No max upgraded weapons, not yet having figure out how to kill them and knowing they can insta-kill you if they get too close. Huge noob breaker.

Wesker didn't even care about the rocket fired in his face, so even though Jill was leaning on Wesker with all her weight, it looked like a child's attempt to stir up her tall and overweight father. And in fact, Wesker could have killed them all ha in a few seconds, or just stepped aside at his super speed while continuing to hold Chris by the throat, and then Jill would accidentally fly out the window alon😂

Jill's reported age in this was hilarious. Her birthday was already dated as c.1974 in REmake, which takes place in July 1998. Eight years later in late November 2006 - the setting for RE5 LiN - she'd be no older than 32, but no younger than 31. She was already 30 or even 31 in the year RE: Revelations takes place, which was 2005. Forget suspension of disbelief -- creators are often not meticulous within a reasonable expectation of it, or they deliberately doing stuff to make their characters more marketable, like de-aging them.

Thanks for this. I trapped the first guy in the sewer under the spikes and got to a checkpoint. Thought I'd play a different game for a minute, so I hit Quit. When I got to the menu there was no option to continue lol. There was no way I was playing through all of that again. But your video got me through to the end so I got to see the story. Spencer had the architect named George Trevor, to design the RE1 mansion based on his family home in Europe

Nope, the house in Resident Evil was somewhere in Midwestern USA and was destroyed in 1998 meanwhile this house is located somewhere in Europe (most likely in England). The reason why they are so similar is because Ozwell E. Spencer (Umbrella's founder) had the house in the USA built almost identical to his original home (the house in England).

The mansion from RE1 was the Arklay Mountains Research Facility, located near Raccoon City in the midwest United States. The mansion in this game is the Spencer Estate, which is somewhere in Europe. Spencer was obviously fond of George Trevor's original design so he incorporated some asthetics from it into his own mansion.
