Re7 had its direction and tone set before P.T. was released btw. If anything PT and RE7 were big developers trying to recomnect with horror fans after Amnesia and other indie horrors started making money and getting main stream attention. Great video thanks for reminding us all that Re7 was a legit labor of love and rare time when the fans get surprised by an old franchise🎉

@@GeneralSinner those indie 1st person horror games did start some people's KZbin careers. I wonder if any indie devs got to work at any of the big studios?

@durag_rico I imagine so, but I think it's more common for people to leave or be disenfranchised by the big money publisher/Dev bs and start their own indie studios.

On the hardest mode yeah the difficulty adds to the horror.
