You have to pick it up when Parker is injured.

After Parker falls off the catwalk, turn around and you'll see the Government right on the edge of the broken catwalk

I'm pretty sure those names are Italian. So, Draghignazzo is pronounced 'Drah-geeg-NYAT-zoh', and Scarmiglione is pronounced 'Scar-meel-yee-oh-nee'.

That's odd, in the 3ds version the G18 has 16 bullets, but here it's 28.
