Resident Evil: Vendetta (2017) Chris Redfield vs Glenn Arias FULL FIGHT

Synopsis: A Mexican Army team supervised by BSAA Captain Chris Redfield investigates a mansion linked to a B.O.W. smuggling operation, which is infested with zombies infected with a new viral strain. There he finds Glenn Arias, a black market dealer wanted by Interpol, but Arias gets away when the mansion explodes. He is soon joined by one of the BSAA's advisors, Dr.Rebecca Chambers, who begins developing drugs to combat the virus encountered in the mansion. The laboratory is attacked by one of Arias' accomplices at the end of her research, and Chris saves her from infection. Following the attack, they get the attention of DSO agent Leon S. Kennedy. Concluding Arias is involved in an upcoming terrorist attack they head out to New York to find him before it can take place.

Heavier, his bulk gives him an advantage during mount strikes or pushes/throws. Despite his bulk, has impressive CQC skills. Doesn't use his legs often as an offensive tool, limiting his options. Is already tired after fighting dozens of infected before. Slower due to size, armor and exhaustion. Glenn; Overall a much better and versatile fighter. Is still at full strength. Has less protection but better mobility as a result. Overconfidence can be exploited. The very first time I saw this scene, I knew the only way Chris would win this is by using the environment or underhanded tactics. Glenn is simply too fast and skilled to defeat directly without being at full strength. It's one hell of a fight though (even if it's a bit ridiculous at times XD )

I think the most interesting thing about this whole fight is the diffrence in fighting styles. If you notice Chris is very minimalist and takes mostly military stances or moves while Glenn is more fluid and energetic but showy because of it.

Kennedy jumps off like 50 ft tall buildings while doing a fucking triple axel backflip, shoots thrown hatchets out of the air and roundhouse kicks a dozen, no seriously a LITERAL DOZEN, of infected spaniards, all of them at the same time, within a single 30 second interval. Its cool because its fucking goofy. Thats why RE kicks ass.

I love how past all the gunfighting skills, the (bullet) path dodging, the hand-to-hand combat, and such... you can tell just how many games Chris has been through by this point. Chris: "Oh fuck this, I tanked hits from a man whose special attack was literally stabbing your heart with his hand, moved a boulder with sheer BDE, and for the last few games all I needed to stay alive was enough deodorant (5) or pez (6). Tired of this..." Then he just takes the punches until the glass cracks enough and tosses the big bad villain to an instant death. Looks at him to make sure he's not gonna do some "second form" shit, and calls it a day.

Chris has the upperhand here, his body is much larger and more muscular than Glenn Arias. Chris fighting style is more towards brawler and strength based fighting style, while Glen tends to be using more speed and agility type kinda fighting style. Even though Glenn has a big advantage using a BOW Weapon virus that enhances his physique, but Chris has been handling a supervillain like Wesker for few years and he even build up his muscular body so that he be ready when he goes toe to toe with Wesker and the last time he did beat Wesker with help of Sheva
