If it was land to land strike, why missile had trail behind it? The rocket engine was obviously working, and even big Tochka-U land to land rockets only have their engines on on first couple seconds of flight. Cruise missiles also don't have such trail behind them on second half of their flight. Considering the looks of the rocket on first seconds on this video it might be anti-air BUK-1M missile which failed to track it's target properly. Also, destructions would be much more terrific if it was actual missile strike.

It was Ukrainian AA rocket from Gadfly , that failed due failure in the targeting system. The Kalibr and Iskander strikes are impossible : their shot would have destroyed the building. In addition, the Kalibr has a turbojet engine without a plume, and this plume on video is clearly solid fuel.

If it was smerch or uragan, damage would be much more severe. Also those missiles doesn't cruise on descending trajectory as they have their boosting module detached at that point, therefore should be no smoke trail. There are pictures from the early stages of war when grad missile hits the building - all the windows are gone, and grad's payload is much less.

Do you even understand why this conflict exists? It's not like Putin woke up one morning and decided "You know.. i feel like invading Ukraine..". It's because the West, for the past 20 years has threatened Russian sovereignty by attempting to coup and infiltrate neighboring nations, by attempting to place weapons and armed forces along their borders in a "silent" show of force, getting ready for conflict that does not yet exist. There are bizarre and crazy forces at work today the public at large is mostly unaware of. Things are not so simple as "Putin Bad".

As long as you are capable of doing so if which that would be the best choice minus the screaming which would be understandable. I sure in the hell wouldn't want to remain in the building because now it's structural integrity has been weakend and you don't know at the moment if it's going to collapse or if a fire starts. Not to mention in that moment there could have been a follow up shot. I would take my chances in the streets.
