On an existing well, how do you deal with pipe spider vibration snubbers that are about every 10' ?

I bought a Bison deep well pump about 2 years ago for about $3,000. I paid the company that dug my well to come and install it. That was another grand. I wish I could love it but it doesn’t pull up water!! Very expensive!! So disappointed!! Very expensive yard ornament!!😢

Did you find out why it’s not pumping water up. It does take a few minutes to 4 minutes if water is deep?

I would call the installers back out to fix it. It has to be the installers mistake of somekind
