So with your knowledge... you had rough 6k on 4000 watts worth on subs. Im an old school guy i keep seeing people adding way more power than rating without issue most time. Thanks

It comes down to a coupple things. Good sub, proper box, clean signal to it. As long as you're knowledgeable on the song you're playing you can crank it up. Most people don't do any and wonder why there stuff blows. My car I have 2 team fi's on 12.6k ish

I usualy go around a 8k amp for 1, 15 or 18

Would this box be ok in 3.25 tuned 32 hz just ask slot port u said these subwoofers are picky with enclosures

What's the difference between a 1+1 ohm nd a 2+2 ohm ????

The subs are dual coils you can eather get it in d1 coils or d2 for different wire configuration

Not really about what's better more oke what fits your needs. 1+1 you can wire 2 ohm or 0.5 ohm and 2+2 wire down to 1 ohm or 4 ohm

@ncpyro2464 the hc will handle power and more power. Better overall driver. But the 3.5 will be more efficient with power. You would need to jump to the 3.11 to be overall better but there alot more to go into if if you're comparing a neo sub and a ferrite sub. I personally run the fi team v1 12s Rebuilt with custom recones. On 12.6k rms for daily demos.

I would only add an extra 500 to a 1000 watts on 4k! I feel as tho if you subs say 1500 rms I’ll put 1800 watts to it 2000 if the subs are doable all that 8k watts on 4k nah just add another sub!

I agree and disagree. If you build you're box 100% right on point paired with a good sub you can pull it off. My car is a prime example. I have 2 team fi 12s on 12.6k at 29hz I demo it all day long and I'm well over the rating rms lol. Now resilient sound ( being you comments on a platinum) platinums are extreamly box picky. They won't handle much over rms and last. 6k to 2 platinums is pushing it. I had plenty vof customers blow up platinums and I see the commen issues with them. They are a great sub but not my personal taste.

@@got2getit204 platinums (in my opinion) Is a cheaper version of a sundown x
