A huge THANK YOU .. All this time I've been struggling with paper transfers because I've been laying the paper side down & attempting to pull from underneath, its always the way I was taught, but I can't believe all this time there been an easier & much simpler way of doing it, so again .. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
@resinAce5 жыл бұрын
Hi, I think it depends on the transfer paper because I had some that said to do it like I did in this video, and then I bought some new paper which said to do it the other way. You can see me do it like that on my new potion bottle video.

I really love, love, love these. I have a question though, how long will the glow in the dark resin last? Does it deteriorate over time, like a glow stick would? Love your videos....so calming. Bet your home is packed full of such amazing things....too cool.
@kathryncastanares5255 жыл бұрын
These are a different type of glow where they can be recharged and continue to glow over and over. Unlike glow sticks where after theyre glow is gone, they cant be recharged. However, all glow paints and pigments like this differ in how long the glow lasts after each charge. But still better than glow sticks since they can be recharged and glow as much as you want. Some cheaper glow pigment and paints tend to only glow for about 30 seconds to about 30 mins before needing to be recharged. More quality brands will glow for hours.

This might a dumb question...but! Is there a difference between resin and epoxy resin...or can you use what you buy at the store...uhhh I mean, I know you can use the stuff from the store and all, I’m new to using resin, I’m having a hard time with the resin looking dull. Well at any rate. I’ll just have to play around with it! Great teacher! Eh!? Thanks for sharing!
@resinAce5 жыл бұрын
There are 3 main different types of resin for crafting: epoxy resin, polyester resin and polyurethane resin. They all have very different properties, which are useful in different situations. For most of my projects I use epoxy resin from www.resin4art.com which is non-toxic, VOC-free and food safe.
@jennifergordon805 жыл бұрын
resinAce , Thanks for the info...and the website. I was not aware that there were more types of resins. Great to know...I guess a good start, is to do more research on the types you mentioned. Thanks again.
