Thanks for uploading sir mere paas loop style bands hi hai lekin bro split routine karke 3-4 different exercise har muscle part ke liye hafte mein ek baar karna mujhe boring lagne laga aur kuch exercises to bands ke sath bilkul hi feel nahi dete they despite mere paas pura set hai xtra light to extra heavy ka maine aapko instagram pe bahut pehle isi bands workout ke liye dm kiya tha so thank u aapne aaj uss request se juda video bana diya ✍️👍
