I am 70 years. My legs have been weak since an appendectomy in June, despite walking regularly. I only did 1 rep on each leg. After the 3rd exercise I was putting my band away because I thought you were done LOL! I did the 4th one thinking I can do this. When I got up my abs even felt stronger! I feel good and think this will be my nightly routine. Thank you so much💜

Thank you so much for this video! It really gave me great ideas for leg workouts using a resistance band like mine! Most of the ones on KZbin were different, like mini bands almost. Hope you make more of these resistance band types of videos!

This is the BEST VIDEO I have found for ußing Resistance bands. He's s AWESOME and now I'm starting off my day with him and these exercises EVERY MORNING! What a difference it has made in my healing of nuerothopu & arithtis in my legs and I'm only 62!! Should we f taken better care of my health but it's never too late to start!! Thank you so much!

I thank God I found you. My legs are really weak and your exercises are easy. I have arthritis in my knees and I find that this exercise is doable without pain in my knees. THANKS

Perfect for me with knee issues and sciatic disfunction, i need stronger legs and hips but the traditional squats, lunges etc cause issues in my knees and sometimes back!

For Myositis patients what exercises will be beneficial since legs cannot be raised in seated position, using theraband?

Exercising is a good way to help minimize symptoms and progression of PAD! Though walking is the preferred best method to minimize PVD pain, you can still do other methods of exercise. We recommend you speak with you healthcare professional what may be the best method for you based on the progression and severity of your PAD and PVD.

I am learning to walk again and transfer into my WC from bed after being so obese my legs have a turnout facing the outside. Hence the muscles above the knee on the outside part of my thigh is a little numb. My left leg is not as strong as the right side of the thigh. BTW I have lost 350, and was bedridden for eight years due to morbid obesity,like 548 lbs. I did not have surgery. I lost the weight over six years in bed. I have been to numerous rehabs and even inpt. I have been trying to walk again and now can stand, but my left leg is having difficulties lifting. What specific exercises can I use to strengthen those parts of my legs to pigeon toe in,and strengthen the outer thigh?? Any ideas would be appreciated!

You may be on the right track looking at seated resistance band videos, but without being totally informed on your medical status we can't give you the best answer! We strongly recommend speaking with your physician or physical therapist in what may be the next best step for you. You could show them some of our videos and ask if they would help you at home.
