Just binged like 10 of these RB tutorials. So helpful and informative. RDL with small bands and handles was genius. Love the usage of a bar/rod. Even a standard bicep curl with the bar is phenomenal. A strong plumbing pipe can be used too. 🙏🏻

You guys should really consider selling your own straight and curl bars! Benching, skull crushers, seated rows, etc.!

Totally talk entirely TOO much to provide instruction for such simple, well known exercises. Several exercises are virtually identical one to another. Bands; barbells, dumbells - progressive resistance is progressive resistance -
