Also if you’ve not seen it already there is a full body one which is 20 mins long and worth checking out - that one alone you could repeat two or three time’s to get a longer workout if you wish 🙂

Hi Natalie these are made by gsm fitness from eBay - though they do roll quite a lot so the fabric ones might be better suited X
