Secure the anchor on the hinge side . It's much safer . Even if the door happens to open ,the anchor won't come out.

I secured the anchor in my walk in closet behind my dresses so when I work out I move the dresses to the side then move them back. Voila! Now you see the equipment now you don’t. No cumbersome workout equipment, no floor space needed. Just love love love this system.

The anchors are a great idea. I had thought of a hook, but can’t get past the thought of it snapping and lodging itself in the back of my skull.😮
That’s brilliant and exactly what my hubby’s been trying to think of to help with losing weight and, most of all, strengthen his muscles. Thanks so very much indeed gents, you are gems!

This was so helpful. I was looking for something simple that still added resistance without using actual weights. This will be a good addition to my daily 45-min walks. Thank you for sharing. I enjoy your videos.

My bedroom door opens in, of course, and has no lock. I got this little gadget called an Addalock from Amazon, and you can probably get similar items in many places. These are designed to provide extra security for people staying in hotels, etc. With this gadget in the door, a person can't even open the door on you if there was a lock and they used a key. I really like it.

Good video. What I've noticed in so many videos of you guys is that they are designed for the beginner or those in really poor condition. When I was looking for exercises to strengthen my hips, the overwhelming videos had exercises that I couldn't even begin to attempt. Your hip strengthening videos allowed me to get started and build up to more advanced exercises. Thanks and thanks for this video.

I received your resistance bands about a month ago but haven’t used them yet because I don’t want to wreck the walls. My landlord would be really upset! Thanks for the video on how to install! Next payday I’m buying a stud finder then I’m going for it. Love you two, keep up the good work!!

What about a track or rail to mount to the wall, and the anchors can slide up and down for variable hight choices?

Good exercises but you are missing a key part to the exercises that promote core strength and that is proper breathing. You should be exhaling and pulling the tummy in during the resistant part of the exercise then breathing in on the release but not relaxing the the core completely.

Thanks guys! I just finished this. I am curious about the bands and the hooks, they rub along my arms and make it somewhat uncomfortable to use. Do you have a good solution?
@canarddefer3574 Жыл бұрын
The bands will always rub a bit, depending on the exercise and your body position - although I've never found them uncomfortable to use. A good trick is to try varying where you stand, i.e., shallower to the anchor but further to the side.

I don’t have the wall anchors so I have to keep readjusting where that door hinge holder goes. I live in a small space, only have doors into narrow hallway. My Bob and Brad bands are too long, not short like theirs. So if I used the handles I’d have to stand 2-3 ft from the door but then I’m bumping into a wall. Maybe I can knot them shorter. Or just hook them into loops and do resistance loop exercises. I’m disappointed with how impractical the band set is for my situation. Suggestions?

I have asked you twice on your website and once in comments on one of your videos the following question, and I'm still waiting for you to answer. Can we use these wall anchors if we're in a building that's made of steal girders, instead of wood? So all my wall studs are steal. Do these wall anchors work in steal studs?? Please reply.

The anchor uses bolts meant for wood.

Hi Guys, six days and still no reply to my question asked in the last paragraph of my previous comment. My current question is what is the difference; in the second exercise you are pulling down ending with hands/palms facing thighs? and the last exercise you are pulling down with hands/palms facing back? is that correct? Thank you
