I have had lower back pain forever, I bought your resistant bands, tried a few of the exercises and the pain is gone. I took a walk and didn’t have to find anything to lean on. I am so thrilled!!!!! Going to Amazon and write a review. Thanks to both of you for your enthusiasm…….

Love the Bands. TFR 8 weeks ago and just hate when I'm told most can get 90 degrees almost immediately. For me 8 weeks of pain and exercise now just passed 90 and can get on an exercise bike just with a bit of cheating. Smashed the knee up 50 years ago in an RTA and never have been able to squat using free weights but using the bands I can. OK not going down too far but it gives me the motion so THANK YOU. Keep going like this and Ill be back on an English golf course in the not too distant future!

My brackets and bands arrived. I immediately started using the Body Lastic bands. I did 7 exercises you recommend. OMG! Having not worked out in years, the next day, my thigh muscles are on FIRE! i think I started too aggressive. I only did 2 sets of 15 each. I think it was the squats and lunges that got me. My thighs are not my friend right now - I can barely sit or get up from the couch, and going downstairs is KILLER. I will try again once my thighs recover. The Seven: 1.)Jog in place with green band, 2.)Modified push-up against wall, 3.)Triceps with green band, 4.)Alternating leg/arm "Bird Dog on floor, 5.)Fwd Lunges with green band, 6.)Squats with green band, 7.)Bicycle lying on floor. Yep, I was having enjoying myself, thinking how easy - until the next day! But at least you guys got me motivated to start. I knew it wasn't going to be a breeze. I'm in my late 60's, so I know it's my body trying to figure out what the H*LL am I doing!

You are doing well and made a very common error of over doing it at the start. Give it a day or 2 and back off on the reps and intensity. It is called an "Active recovery" . Do the exercises so easy it feels like it is not doing anything, then start to bring up the intensity day by day and you should be fine. I wish you well.

I ordered the Resistance Band Wall Anchor by Bob & Brad and installed it in my home office, it is exactly what my home workout needed, wish I had this a couple years ago. Thank you guys for another great product, quick shipping with Amazon Prime and took only 15 minutes to install, I am so happy!

@@bhollins3556 Hi Beth, I do it at home. The bands come with something to attach them to a door. I would like to get Bob and Brad's wall anchors one day though. I use the Bodylastics brand of resistance bands. Got them off Amazon. They are really good quality, and not too expensive either.

I live in S FL In a concrete block house I won't even try to hang a picture We have 3 holes in the living room from my spouse's parents trying to hang these family pictures. I did finally get him to put up a wood pole in a door frame for decompression. The pole can be removed...after one removes the screw that keeps the pole from spinning I want to add some extra positions for only work outs

Question for anyone with experience with these! I have 2 small tears in my rotator cuff, pain and a trip coming up shortly that I want to build up some strength for beforehand (strength around the injury to help protect it and possibly diminish some of the pain thereby making the trip more enjoyable). I got these B&B bands in the mail but the door method isn't working however no time left to order and wait for these great door anchors. I found one locally that I could have in an hour from now (at Dick's Sporting Goods) called the TRX Invisi-Mount. They hold up too 300 lbs but my concern is that there is a strong black fabric loop that dangles from the sturdy metal stationary/unmoving piece. In other words, if you picture a workout in slow motion while one pulls outward on the bands, the fabric would lift out first before the bands would meet resistance. I can't visualize in my head if this would be as effective. Thoughts? Thanks so much!

I am wondering how does one determine the height to place these If one is 5.5 another 5.10 and another 6.4 in a family? Brad should also do these.

Bob and Brad, you know much better than I that micro-tears in muscles cause the body to repair the damage and then overcompensate with muscle growth. But those micro-tears only happen on the eccentric reps. I have used a tension meter to confirm what intuition told me about resistance bands on a negative rep. They lose more resistance, the closer they get to their starting position. How can muscle be grown if there is too little resistance to create those micro-tears. I like the idea of resistance bands and am chomping at the bit to start using the high-quality bands you offer. (I watched a very favorable KZbin review of your bands.) But I am concerned about the negative reps. You are both highly trained and very experienced Physical Therapists. I am just a seat-of-my pants layman. Please explain to me about resistance bands and the eccentric rep. Thank you.

Did you communicate this to OPTP . They are distributing these for us at this time. They should send you one. However if you google Bob and Brad Wall Anchor KZbin, our vids should show up and in my opinion offer much better instruction on use of the wall anchor and bands with great exercises. This is all I use for resistance training on a very committed basis. Brad

This is not as sturdy as Bob and Brad's wall anchors, but it's a good choice for a door that opens inward: www.amazon.com/Bandbuddy-multi-position-attachment-exercise-resistance/dp/B073WPPVYB/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1525033359&sr=8-1&keywords=Bandbuddy
