My wife was trying to remove the hose for a cleaning. As she turned the hose it broke free from the unit. I called the company I bought it from and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Kind of turned me off of the res med air sense 10.

Hi, Thanks for reaching out! Yeah, for them to say there was nothing they can do without trying would be wrong. I apologize. Can I ask what broke? Because just pulling the tubing away from the machine I can not see how anything would of broke.

How do i know if the unit i bought airsense 10 has connect. I have app and entered serial# and i sm seeing no data on my air. Just installed app last night before bed, does it take awhile? Do i need to turn wifi on?

Hi, Thanks for reaching out! It is not WIFI based so there is no need to turn off. Where did you purchase the machine? If you just installed the MyAir app and entered your SN# and DN# it may take 24 to 48 hours. I believe it would of rejected though if it was not a connect machine. It usually has a Blue stocker with the connection signal crossed off on the units that are not connect. Let me know where you received it from, if from us I can let you know.
