I have been on Bi Level for over six years, I appreciate your classroom on this. One thing I will note however is that using a Pressure of 20 on I PAP is almost impossible because (at least in my case) that pressure is so great that my full mask will not keep a seal, and the headgear wears prematurely. That is my actual real life experience. We are now working with much lower pressures to achieve the same results. Not fine tunes yet currently 15 IPAP/10EPAP. Pressure support is 5. My mask now seals better and the machine does not overheat trying to overcome the mask leaks
