your points make no sense.. if a person is rational in a discussion that does not mean they are putting bad energy into it and also it's wise to fight sometimes, unless you don't value protecting the innocent from abuse etc

but the trouble is that many people we have conflict with are NOT interested in rational points that we make at all and our attempts to rationally discuss issues just leads to them gaslighting or getting abusive if we are rational and considerate
