Yes. Too often our emotions convince us that this moment when we are emotionally activated is the vital time frame. But in hindsight, that usually is not the case. but the trouble is that many people we have conflict with are NOT interested in rational points that we make at all and our attempts to rationally discuss issues just leads to them gaslighting or getting abusive if we are rational and considerate

It doesn't matter, it's the same because you're energizing the situation. You may take revenge days or years after which brings bad karma.

your points make no sense.. if a person is rational in a discussion that does not mean they are putting bad energy into it and also it's wise to fight sometimes, unless you don't value protecting the innocent from abuse etc
