Hi, I am a green card holder. I am Tanzanian by nationality. I had a plan to visit my country since back in May. Due to COVID-19, it seems like all my plans are in dilemma. My father passed away a year ago and by then I was not able to attend his funeral because I did not have either a green card or travel permit.
