@@Sam-vi2ho hello, you are probably more knowledge than me. But I would like to kindly say a few things in his defence. funnily enough It is surprisingly difficult to correctly define what an anti-inflammatory supplement is. Inflammation is a very large, very heterogeneous process and dozens of different things happening in the body can all be called “inflammation.” Now, According to a few papers and articles a bad diet can negitively affect the immune system. so In this case the logical inference would be that he is taking an anti-inflammatory which supports the immune system as opposed to an Pain killer which is also an anti-inflammatory but wouldn't necessarily be relevant to someone on bad diet (unless the biscuits inflict pain on him which would be weird haha) Anyway Some Anti-inflammatory supplements can support the Immune system so what the guy said makes sense my friend as this fits the definition of some Anti-inflammatory supplements. all the best.

To all the people blaming the parents or saying it's fake. Let me explain. He has an eating disorder. It's called ARFID, it's kinda like being scared of food. It's not his parents' fault, if they didn't feed him biscuits he woudln't have eaten it. Would you eat shit if you don't have anything else to eat? That's what it feels like to people with ARFID. It's not fake either, it's a real disorder just like anorexia or bulimia. He's overweight bc these foods are fattening and unhealthy. He doesn't get sick of eating biscuits bc it's all he can eat and there are a variety of biscuits he can choose from. It's a very real disorder and sufferers could use more empathy and less judgement.

@miaomiaou_ having been thru this myself from a very young age, and my parents trying everything they could to get me to eat other things, which met with utter failure, I can only understand the parents utter helplessness. I think many of us with this affliction can't even explain it ourselves as to why we won't eat certain foods of certain texture, smells etc to this day im still affected by it, but to a lesser degree, you kinda grow out of it to a certain extent, for example I only started eating pizza at 30. You want to eat normally like everyone else, but some inner fear doesn't allow it, that's the best way I can describe it. I feel genuinely sorry for anyone with this and the family too. Incidently my nephew of 40 has it, but he grew up eating anything and everything, I don't know his personal journey into this madness but sadly he eats no fruit nor veggies, only meat and potatoes, not even apple pie. When I was a baby, I also ate everything, I was too young to understand how my own journey started with this craziness. So yeah I do understand and have sympathy for the parents, you feel as long as they're eating something is better than nothing.

When he was eating the banana she was saying that if all he does was concentrate on his food how boring it would be for HER and at the end dinner the first thing out of her mouth is how excited she is for the things she will get to do.
