Just a few suggestions: 1. You may add a section where you can discuss specifically any two challenges that entrepreneurs faced while starting up and how they handled it. This will be a good learning experience for viewers. 2. Another section could be a critique section. Here you may ask about why should one NOT enter into this sector. This will uncover myths and actual challenges faced by entrepreneurs. The way Indrajit on his own told about food business 3. Can you please do some videos on indian snack takeaway business like samosa, vadapav, momos etc

1. Taste is the most important 2. Differentiator like your packaging, portion size or extra 3. Extra complimentary things that you provide can also make the product unique 4. Make menu very simple and combo offers but keep it simple siddy. Menu engineering. Go for combo. If 3 people will come what will they order or what 6 people will ordered. For variety increase the combo menu but not the items. 5. Speciality should be very strong like MC tikky is what MacDonald known for. 6. Loss leader keep it ahead and attract customers. Often mix it with combo and upgrade.

Great channel. One suggestion, the episodes are 1 and half hour long, so much information shared, there is an information fatigue..some people can capture 45 mins of sensible talk, some can last for 1 hour+. If you can break the episodes in part 1 and 2 and launch it same day (just pilot basis), it will be easy for us to watch part 1 and not feel bad on missing out anything from it. If a viewer is intrigued, he will definately come back for part 2 with a fresh mind. Thank you.

If you have 25lakhs and you want to buy a car worth 25 lakhs you have two options 1. Use entire 25 lakhs to buy the car. 2. Give 5 lakhs as down payment(as you said in the video), take loan worth 20 lakhs for tenure of say 5 years and for 8% interest(interest may differ based on your credit score) the total amount you will pay will be Rs 24,33,167/- , now invest the 20 lakhs left after down payment in Mutual Fund for interest rate of 12%(this can also go upto 15%) for same 5 years you will have Rs 35,24,683/- . Now if you compare at the end of 5 years you will be in profit of Rs 10,91,516/- .

Cloud kitchen - 1. At first you have to make 8-10 menu maximum not too many 2. Practice cooking for 50-100 people ( in any occasion in your family ) or see how they are cooking to know how the recipe will be for many people so that you can Cook for more people 3. Always upgrade your menu 4. Don't dependent on your chief, learn everything by own. Don't dependent on people. Don't do people operation always do system operation like kfc & mc donalds 5. Do something new creative
