Hello everyone and welcome! Today I offer you 2 delicious restaurant pasta recipes with very few ingredients! The first recipe is linguine in zucchini cream with anchovies and crunchy breadcrumbs. This delicious first course is an excellent solution for lunch or dinner. If you want to make a good impression and surprise your guests, this easy and tasty pasta is perfect for you! The second recipe is my version of the famous "cacio e pepe" pasta. Anyone can cook it! Just follow my video closely. I used linguine for this recipe but you can use the type of pasta you prefer. I really like this creamy pasta with an amazing flavor and I prepare it very often. Ingredients:
- 250 g (9 oz) of linguine pasta
- 4 zucchini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 20 g (3/4 oz) of anchovies
- Bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

- 60 g of Parmesan
- 80 g of aged pecorino (you can replace it with parmesan)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Black pepper
- 250 g of pasta (linguine)
- Salt
- Olive oil
