Hi everyone! Today I present to you a delicious pasta that is very quick to prepare! Tagliatelle with lemon, basil and Parmesan is a light, fresh and incredibly tasty first course! With very few simple ingredients and in 5 minutes you can prepare a restaurant pasta! Your family will love it! I prepare it very often, especially in the summer and I never get tired of eating it! - 250 g (9 oz) of pasta tagliatelle
- 1 lemon
- 40 g (1.1/2 oz) of Parmesan
- A few basil leaves
- Butter, olive oil

👍 😋. Sicuramente deliziosa e molto molto golosa la tua ricetta!!! Non molto dissimile da quella in versione più leggera che, per ragioni di salute, faccio per me, soprattutto quando sto male e non mi va di mangiare altro. È il mio "confort food" ! Metto tutto a crudo nel piatto: aglio schiacciato - che poi toglierò - , olio, sale, prezzemolo tritato, succo e buccia grattugiata di limone biologico. Siccome non posso usare pepe, metto dei chicchi del cosiddetto "pepe"rosa per arricchire il profumo. Mi piace molto.Quando invece ( specialmente d' estate ) voglio mangiare insieme carboidrati e proteine, aggiungo il tonno ( che da solo mi piace poco ) e poi con un'insalata o verdure grigliate sono a posto!!! 😅
