Great. We make similar gravy but few modifications. When onion start changing colour then we add ginger garlic. When this starts browning we add tomatoes and when tomatoes get cooked we add little water & give one whistle in pressure cooker. Khol ke thanda karke madani se mash. It can be stored in freezer for a week. No need for grinder.

I made this to store in freezer for my son living in Canada .. it’s easy for them to use . I put 1or 2 tbsp of gravy in each small freezer ziplock bags and put it in freezer .
