In restaurants where customers cannot see the kitchen where food is being prep or see the workers prep the food, most likely there are violations you cannot see.

Restaurant owner: "Yeah, my other location is the establishment that's got roaches and rats!! Not this location!! At the other restaurant the roaches are very happy with the food and the customers are happy too because the roaches provide good worth of mouth!!" 🤔

What is wrong with the manager/owner saying, "We did not realize this issue was as large as the inspectors found, however we are stepping up measures to correct this and improve the Restraunt for our customers and staff safety. ? But NO. They say "I only saw 2 roaches, they are wrong" makes them look terrible.

Not to condone this I worked on a ship once and it had a roach problem in the galley we used to spray boiling water on the deck everyday three times the drains had lots of roaches in them we did this for months and still could not get rid of them no matter what we tried our only saving grace was they did not eat much the trouble the eggs they lay an lie dormant for years then when the conditions are right they hatch even sunken ships when brought up to the surface and heated up roaches appear they are one of the worlds survivors so it’s not the owners fault entirely but the filth is
